Ingredients
2-4 Elotes (corn on the cob)
1 cup of grated Cotija cheese
½ cup of Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp of Herbal Infused Butter
Favorite Salsa Picante (Tapatio, Valentina, Cholula, etc.)
Start by filling a medium sized pot with water. Place it over medium-high heat and let the water come to a boil. Add the corn and bring the water to a simmer. Let the corn cook until it is tender throughout.
Warm the Herbal Infused Butter until it is melted.
Take the corn and cover completely with the mayonnaise.
Once it is covered with mayonnaise you can cover the corn with the Cotija cheese.
Now that it completely covered, feel free to drizzle as much Herbal Infused Butter and Salsa Picante as you would like.
